This is the complement to Pond 17b, and about a mile or so downstream.
Because it fell in the middle of a new development,
it has been politely renamed from 17A to Boys and Girls Pond.
It's next to the Boys & Girls Clubhouse, and a park.
No wilderness here but plenty of fences and lots of reeds.
We could barely see the water except at the spillway.
