We found this nice little pond in the midst of a campground,
near the large Lawrence Welk Resort.
I suspect it's where folks stay who don't
qualify for the swanky Resort.

We liked it, and went back again on a sunnier day.
Not many ponds have a drive-over bridge.
Several months later we were combing a remote area,
again looking for ponds (note the red dot above).
When I examined the photos, I saw the lake
from that distant vantage point.
