San Diego Country Estates is a development in a
(once-remote) canyon area between Lakeside and Ramona,
reached by Wildcat Canyon Road which winds
through the Barona reservation.
They have their own water management facility,
with a group of ponds.
We visited the largest one.
The two best things about this visit?
1. Easy access to view and photograph
2. The cloud formations overhead
