This is a very public pond (by my site's standards).
It has a parking lot, is situated near a trailhead,
and there are few fences or restrictions.
Lots of signs though.
I found kids playing around the very edge of the pond
while parents watched from a (much too far) distance.
I don't take pictures of kids though.
It was also the filthiest - with litter, debris and paint gun trash
(although no old mattress and tires like A Street Pond in Ramona).
Really? Vista Parks Department where are you?
Look at this! How much work would it take?
The trash apparently hasn't killed the waterfowl though.
