This pond is a few miles west of Ramona and
surrounded by beautiful homes.
There's a small natural preserve that surrounds it.
We took way too many pictures.
We walked down the trail for a few minutes,
checked our energy levels vs the ambient temperature (hot),
and walked right back to the truck.
There were no warning signs for horse pucky ...
Bye, little pond and pretty homes.
We visited this pond again recently
and it was almost completely dry.
But I imagine it will refill if we get some rain (please)
